We have nothing to fear from the panel’s conclusions of the African Union. For the simple reason that we do not expect anything.” This confession, which refers to conduct the mediation in Ivory Coast by a quintet of heads of state – South Africa, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Chad – emanates from one of the most influential advisers of the head of elected State, Alassane Ouattara.
